In terms of its chemical nature, the product is a light moisturizing emulsion (cream-fluid) based on water, plant-derived macadamia oil, light emollients, and soothing actives (panthenol, allantoin). It contains no heavy waxes (beeswax or carnauba wax) and no fixing polymers.
Who the BULLFROG Agnostico cream is suitable for
- Short beards and stubble (from a few days to a couple of centimetres)
- Dry, coarse and prickly beards: the combination of panthenol (humectant) and macadamia oil with fatty alcohols effectively softens the hard keratin shaft of the hair, making the beard pleasant and soft to the touch.
- Men with dry, itchy or flaky skin under the beard: the formula contains regenerative and soothing ingredients (panthenol, allantoin, carnosine, resveratrol, lecithin) that reduce irritation, restore the skin’s protective barrier and eliminate itching during hair growth.
The product will be appreciated by those who prefer a natural look without stickiness. The cream absorbs quickly, leaves no greasy shine and does not clump the hairs together.
Who BULLFROG Agnostico may not be sufficient for
For a long, thick and unruly beard that requires styling, the cream will not cope with the task. The absence of waxes and styling polymers means a complete lack of fixing properties. The product will not tame protruding hairs, will not shape the beard and will not discipline a full, long beard. In such cases, beard balms or waxes work better.
For a very hard, curly beard of the African type, a light emulsion may not be enough for full control and weighting of the hair. Here denser anhydrous butters or balms based on wax and petroleum jelly are required.
People with skin prone to fragrance allergies should exercise caution. The formula contains fragrance components (including linalool, geraniol, coumarin, eugenol) that may cause contact irritation on sensitive or freshly shaved skin along the contour.
